Trixie as Constable Neyla

Description

Who said I was done? I AIN'T DONE!

Up next in my "Pinkie Pie and the Thievius Ponyus" series we have Trixie as the deceiving Constable Neyla.

I gotta admit, when she turned on the Cooper Gang and Carmelita, I saw it coming, but I DIDN'T see her turning on the Klaww Gang. Then once she became Clock-La I remember actually saying "(long pause) What the @#$% taco just happened?!"

To be honest, I don't know how I'd do this series' equivalent of Clock-La (as in don't know if I'd keep Discord's body the same or change it)

Constable Neyla always interested me as an antagonist ever since I complete the second game. Of course we know Arpeggio's motives for building Clockwerk and jumping right on in, but what about Neyla? She just sorta...did it. And sure along the way there were some hints as to her true motives as her crazy side started becoming more visible after her betrayal. She became angry much quicker, screamed and lashed out a lot more when the Cooper gang got in her way, and she became a lot more persistent. Of course, you don't think about this when you first absorb that entire, wonderfully chilling scene between Neyla, Arpeggio, and Sly. What you're thinking about is how the entire game the Cooper gang was being totally played by Arpeggio and Neyla the same way that Interpol and the Claw Gang (especially the Contessa) got played. But when she jumps into that frame and I look back it now...I have to ask, why did she want to become immortal in the first place? At first when Arpeggio explains his entire plan you assume that she was just a lackey to his plan. But as I also question in the aftermath why she suddenly turned the gun and took Arpeggio's immortality from him, I also have to notice now her very crazy and erratic behavior as time goes on after her betrayal. Clearly she's very hell-bent on the idea, she even just goes along with Arpeggio's original plan despite it not really having much to do with her. But the most curious part is how Arpeggio refers to her as his "protege" before his death. So to that end I ask...his protege for what, exactly? His plan was to become immortal and finally be able to fly, and then use hypnosis to turn the whole of Paris into a war zone. What exactly was she studying or learning underneath him? She's just very interesting to me in that she's such a strange heel-turn.

Random rant, but I was just looking around your gallery again and I realized how deep and mysterious Neyla actually was lol
Btw I'm working on an animation test involving some of your designs in my class so I thought I'd hop around your gallery and see who I wanted to use. Keep up the good work bro, hope you get some motivation soon.
